Terror Films Debuts Official Poster & Trailer for Disturbing Sibling Tale I KNOW YOU’RE IN THERE

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 18th, 2017) Horror genre distributor Terror Films is releasing I Know You’re in There today, August 18th!

I Know You’re in There was written and directed by Robert Lawson Gordon. The film stars: Will Hurst, Grainne McDermott, Mindee de Lacey and Karin Lee. In the story, Tom Redding (Hurst), after his mother’s suicide, discovers that he has a sister named Chloe (McDermott). Chloe is catatonic and completely paralyzed.  Later, Tom takes her on a trip to their dead mother’s isolated home partly  – in hopes of documenting her rare illness. Their bonding time is disrupted by unexpected twists into madness as a supernatural evil presents itself.  

The film has been met with some critical acclaim. Wicked Channel has stated: “…the story is kick-ass and the suspense in the film is ever present.” Peter ‘Witchfinder’ Hopkins of Horrorscreams Videovaultstates: “if you like…a story that keeps you hooked, check out I Know You’re in There.

In their ongoing effort to bring the best and most diverse indie horror content to the masses, Terror Films will release this film across multiple digital platforms. Platforms include: iTunes, Amazon Instant/Prime, Vudu, Google Play/You Tube, X-Box Live and many others.  The release begins with North America and will be followed up by a worldwide digital release on iFlix.

Terror Films Set to Show Three Horror Tales Throughout August (Interior, I Know You’re in There & The Documentary)

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 14, 2017) – Terror Films is gearing up to release three new indie horror titles this month!

The first film up is festival standout Interior. Interior is set for release on Tuesday, August 15th. This title follows a down and out filmmaker. He is hired to document an unexplainable and frightening phenomenon, that has been occurring in a young couple’s new home. The film won “Best Director” and “Best Sound Design” at the NYC Horror Film Festival (2015), “Best Horror Feature” at Shriekfest (2015), “Best Domestic Film” at the Starlite Film Festival (US, 2015), “Best Thriller Feature” at the Atlanta Horror Film Festival (2014), “Best Florida Feature” at the Freak Show Horror Film Festival (2014), along with an “Audience Award” at the Knoxville Horror Film Fest (2015). Interior was written and directed by Zachary Beckler.

Rolling out on its heels is I Know You’re in There; this film is set to release on Friday, August 18th. I Know You’re in There tells the tale of Tom Redding who, after his mother’s suicide, discovers that he has a sister. And, finally, on Tuesday, August 22nd this genre distributor will release, The Documentary. This title involves a beautiful, young woman. She gives consent to allow a filmmaker to use her as a subject, in his new movie dealing with conquering fear.  Unbeknownst to her, he may actually be a deranged stalker…or something even worse! The Documentary was written and directed by Walter Moise.

30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story is a Documentary on Counter-culture and the Rise of Collectibles

West Hollywood, California (Tuesday, August 8th) – Indican Pictures is set to release the pivotal documentary on the Garbage Pail Kids. Titled 30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story, this documentary revisits the artists, who made these collectibles famous. Showing a rare glimpse into the corporate culture of Topps as they launched Garbage Pail Kids through the height of the cards fame, the downfall from the legal battle with the Cabbage Patch kids and their untimely demise. The film is jam packed with interviews of over a half dozen artists. Each artist penned these counter-culture trading cards and each artist gives you the inside story of why these cards poked fun at: the collectibles’ movement, the 80’s culture of greed and gave kids a unique piece of historical fun. This documentary interviews actors from the ‘80s film, Garbage Pail Kids the Movie (1987). Interviews take place with: Mackenzie Astin, Debbie Lee Carrington and others. It also includes interviews with Pulitzer-prize winning novelist Art Spiegelman, Pumpkinhead screenwriter Gary Gerani, comic book artists Tom Bunk and John Pound. It even includes an interview with TV producer Adam F. Goldberg (creator of the Goldbergs TV Series). Many of the artists from the original series are revisited, for their take on what made these cards so popular. The film also includes collectors, of the cards, who share their nostalgic memories and collections with the world, in this one-of-a-kind documentary. All of these people and more give their take on what made The Garbage Pail Kids so famous, such a worldwide sensation.

30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story hits theatres this summer in select cities. Indican Pictures will launch this title in several theatres, starting August 18th and continuing throughout the month of August and September. On 9/20/17, 30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story will show in front of an even larger audience as the film is launched nationwide, throughout the United States.
